Start of the trip: Yes I know! I’m a dag for taking a picture of myself in the mirror but there wasn’t anyone else around…please forgive me?
After 7hrs and 3 planes, I finally arrived to Marseille. I had been told it was snowing just before I arrived. Locals said they cant remember the last time it snowed here , it is very unusual for Marseille.I checked into the Raddison which is right on the port. They were really accommodating and upgraded me to a business class room…no complaints here Check out the view form my room below…
That night I played in the hotel Lobby and then off to my 2nd gig at Le Passe Temps…apparently the only club in town you can play whatever you like…nice!
I had a great night playing with DJ Mokic from Brown Eyed Boys and The Exquisite Pain. Two labels doing very well and have nice deep house sounds.
Saturday: After a long sleep in, I went exploring around Marseille and found they have ALOT of shopping! Didn’t really find anything to my liking but I had a nice time exploring…later that night Mokic and I went to wine bar to eat goats cheese and try out the locals wines…I could live in this place (below)
Local wines and goats cheese…I could dine on this forever!
